Error Code: '""'
Problem: GHL failed to connect to the Appointwise platform
Solution:
1. Remove the tag 'Appointwise error occurred' from the lead
2. The connection should now have been made upon retrying
3. Your issue should now be fixed, reach out to support for additional help
Error Code: 'The token does not have access to this location'
Problem: This means that the correct GHL subaccount has not been connected in the integrations tab or you have connected it but haven't selected a calendar.
Solution:
1. Go to the integrations tab within Appointwise
2. If you already have a live connection under 'Go High Level Integration:' hit the 'disconnect button' and reconnect the correct GHL subaccount that you intend to use AI in
2.1. If you don't have a connection, hit the 'Connect' button and reconnect the correct GHL subaccount that you intend to use the Ai in
3. Refresh the page, it should now say connected
4. Head to your strategy and make sure you have connected your calendar
5. Head back to GHL and test again
6. Your issue should now be fixed, reach out to support for additional help
Error Code: 'Invalid JWT'
Problem: This code means that the API and Client ID have not been correctly places in the custom values tab.
Solution:
1. Go to the integrations tab within Appointwise
2. Copy the two codes (API Key and client ID)
3. Go to your GHL subaccount settings and find the 'custom values' section
4. Paste the API Key into the 'Appointwise API Key' custom value
5. Paste Client Id into the 'Appointwise Customer ID' custom value
6. Remove the tag 'Appointwise error occurred' from the lead
7. Your issue should now be fixed, reach out to support for additional help
Error Code: 'Cannot destructure property 'EncryptedAccessToken' of 'tokens' as it is undefined.'
Problem: This code means that you have not integrated the GHL subaccount with the Appointwise subaccount
Solution:
1. Go to the integrations tab within Appointwise
2. Look for 'Go High Level Integration' and find the green button that says 'Connect' or 'Disconnect'
3. Click the button and select the subaccount you are trying to use Appointwise on
4. You should now see a message saying the connection was a success and to return to home
5. Remove the tag 'Appointwise error occurred' from the lead
6. Your issue should now be fixed, reach out to support for additional help
Error Code: 'Cannot destructure property 'Client_ID' of 'clientData' as it is undefined.'
Problem: Missing or incorrect Client Id code in the custom values tab
Solution:
1. Go to the integrations tab within Appointwise
2. Copy the Client ID key
3. Go to your GHL subaccount settings and find the 'custom values' section
4. Paste the Client ID key into the 'Appointwise Customer ID Key' custom value
5. Remove the tag 'Appointwise error occurred' from the lead
6. Your issue should now be fixed, reach out to support for additional help
